Thermosensitive UDG (Uracil DNA glycosylase) can hydrolyze the N-glycosidic bond between uracil base and DNA sugar-phosphodiester backbone, then release the free uracil. Compared with ordinary UDG enzymes, thermosensitive UDG enzymes avoid the degradation of dU containing amplification products by residual activity that may exist after conventional UDG enzyme inactivation at room temperature. This product works at room temperature and is temperature sensitive and easy to inactivate.

1. This enzyme is a recombinant protein isolated by cloning the EcoliK12Uracil-N-Glycosylase gene in Escherichia coli, inducing its expression, and then purifying it three times through a column. Molecular weight 25.66 KDa.

2. Reaction condition: 50℃,2 min; reaction buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl(pH: 8.0);1 mM EDTA;1 mM DTT.

1. For your safety and health, please wear White coat and disposable gloves

2. Thermosensitive UDG is active in most PCR reaction buffers.
