M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase is the third generation Reverse transcriptase obtained through gene modification and recombination technology.

Compared with the wild-type M-MLV enzyme, this enzyme is lack of RNase H activity but with significantly improved thermal stability (with an optimal reaction temperature of 50 ℃), thereby greatly improving the specificity and length of the synthetic first-strand cDNA  (up to 12kb), and enhancing the tolerance to complex RNA secondary structures.


1. This enzyme can synthesize longer cDNA products

2. For RNA templates above 100 ng, this enzyme exhibits stable and reliable reverse transcriptional performance

3. The fragment synthesized by this enzyme is less than 5 kb
