According to experimental needs, 2-5μL can be directly taken for electrophoresis, which is convenient to use and has clear electrophoresis images. The sizes of the 10 bands are 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000 bp respectively. The 750 bp band is highlighted band, with a concentration of about 100 ng/5 μL. And other bands having a concentration of about 50 ng/5 μL.

3. This Marker is suitable for determining the size of DNA fragments and rough quantification of DNA content, but not for precise quantification of DNA fragment content.
