1. Having strong experimental hands-on ability, strong learning ability, and the ability to receive new things;

2. Proactive and diligent in work, able to withstand certain work pressure;

3. Be able to adapt to shift work, and do not contact those who do not accept shifts;

4. Experience in biological laboratory work or synthesis is preferred, proficient in Excel is preferred;

5. College degree or above, major in biology or chemistry is preferred; Fresh graduates are preferred.
